Job placement services for those that excel in any ATCFO sponsored schools. Qualified controllers that receive an Air Traffic Control Tower Operator (CTO) certificate in any ATCFO sponsored schools get referred to an appropriate facility. Qualified Veteran Air Traffic Controllers (ATCS), retired FAA ATCS, or experienced ATCS with a previous CTO will be placed at appropriate facilities.
